Database p meteor

Bright meteor observed by many in the Buffalo / Pennsylvania area around 3 a.m. One witness, Horace Palmer, had a weird encounter in connection with the meteor in which he allegedly suffered from a "most painful vivid light" and a "mass of florid or jelly-like substance, which fell around and upon him" right before or while he saw the meteor. He also noticed "a sulphurous smell, a great difficulty of breathing, and a feeling of faintness, with a strong sensation of heat."
